Prices have reacted very favorably for homeowners. Inventory is extremely low, very few houses offered in the market. The number of distressed sales is tailing off as time progresses: 2011 to 2012 June to June it was 77%, 2012 to 2013 same period it was 60% and for those under contract  is 33%.  Currently, there are no houses are available for sale.

First time buyers are taking advantage of affordable prices and still low interest rates, although conditions to approve a loan are now very stiff. Investors are also buying, most of them paying cash. Conditions are  given to sell your house at an attractive price and in a relatively short time. This is a good time to put your house on sale.
